We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Deliver site Operations Management System on boarding with General Manager
• Ensure the R&R are aligned and approved by the Site Manger - support the maintenance
• Work together with the Resource Planning, Tracking and Performance Management Experts (engineers) to set up new tools and ensure on-going maintenance
• Train (and retrain) the site leaders and multipliers in their role in the Excellence School and "how to instruct"

• Ideal but not critical - Knowledge of Lean and Lean Management
• Awareness of Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Educated to high school level, with good verbal communication skills and PC literacy
• Strong evidence of operational experience within the site at senior FLM/Operations Manager level
